To the Tripi family, especially you Dominic your father love you so much and thats all he did was talk about how proud he was of you, I can't believe my neighbor is gone and never to see or talk to you again. We go back along time School graduation, then neighbors of 16 years and how you help me out after the passing of my late husband and how you were alway there to help even when he was sick. I will never forget the laughs, jokes, cries and talks I will never forget April 3rd when you called me and said hoping to be home by weeks end never for this to happen. I am still in total shock, it's very hard for me look next door and see that you will never be there again it's like a very bad dream. RIP my dear friend. Till we meet again, I will never forget you, next door will never be the same. Love you Maria Capizzi-Korhummel

Carolyn Dominic and family I am so sorry to hear about John. I remember he used to bring cookies when he would visit our office “Riverview”. Deepest sympathy from my family to yours

JR was the hardest working person I know. Whatever it took to get the job done, that's what he did. He loved his work so much. He was an excellent contractor and my go to guy. What I loved about him was his sometimes harsh demeaner. He would love to give it to me, and I loved giving it right back. He will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathies to his wife Carolyn and the kids. I know Dominick loved working with his dad, and learned so much from him. Peace be with you my friend.

I knew JR back in the 70's when his dad was building houses, one of which was mine. I had the pleasure of working with him as we both learned the building profession. He was a hard worker, always willing to jump in and help. he later built a house for a very good friend and she had nothing but good things to say about him. RIP JR, I missed you and thought of you and your family often ever since I left the island. You will be missed by many, may your family know kjust how many people you helped through the years.
