Of Grand Island. Husband of the late Mary Ellen Hamman (nee Schlau). Father of Robert (Marilyn) Miller, late Wayne (late Betty) Miller, Marilyn (late Glenn) Hermann, late Lawrence Miller, Patricia Miller, Ronald Miller, Donna Mix (nee Hamman) and the late Roger (Cynthia) Hamman. Also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Mr. Hamman was a locally renowned organist for many churches, the Riviera Theatre, Sheas Performing Arts Center, Kleinhans Music Hall, and many community organizations. He was a beloved member of the Masons, The Order of the Eastern Star and belonged to the Shriners. Donald was a member of the Grand Island Golden Age Center for 30 years. Friends may call Saturday, August 8th from 2-5 with a Funeral Service at 5 at Kaiser Funeral Home, 1950 Whitehaven Rd., Grand Island. Memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo.
