Jeannette Noel

Jeannette Noel, of Grand Island, formerly of Depew and Orchard Park, aged 93, passed away peacefully on September 28, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Bernard Schultz, with whom she shared 45 years of marriage, and later of Marvin Noel, with whom she shared nine years. She is survived by her sons, Scott (Robert) Schultz and Thomas Schultz, her granddaughters of Natalie (Joseph) Gibson and Maggie Schultz, their mother Linda Logalbo Schultz, and great-granddaughter of Miriam. She is also survived by her beloved goddaughter, Debbie Zelinski Ellifritt, who held a special place in her heart. Jeannette was a woman of strong faith and was a devoted churchgoer throughout her life. Her faith, family, and friendships were at the center of who she was. She also had a great love of sports and enjoyed following her favorite teams and sharing in the excitement of the games. She will be remembered for her warmth, devotion to her family, and the many lives she touched throughout her years. Jeannette leaves behind a loving family who will miss her dearly and cherish the memories of the years they shared. Her legacy of faith, family, and love will live on through her children, grandchildren, great-granddaughter, goddaughter, and all who knew her. A memorial service will be held Friday, October 9 at 11:00 AM at Ebenezer UCC, 630 Main Street, West Seneca, New York.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jeannette’s memory to the American Kidney Fund.
